The savings that we receive from our extensive range of suppliers are passed on to you directly. In most cases these savings cover our fees and you will still have your own personal assistant to create a beautiful and stress free wedding for you.

- Overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.
- Will recommend a list of professionals who best reflect your theme, budget and style. It is then up to the couples to contact them, source quotes and do all the organizing themselves.
- Liaison with all vendors hired by the couple to discuss and prepare schedule for the day to prevent any unexpected problems.
- We ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the couple's expectations.
- Attendance on the day from ceremony to the couple first dance (aprox 8 Hours) to ensure that the day is seamless and make sure their vendors are running to the schedule.
- We act as your personal assistant on your day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to challenges that may occur during the day and ensure the in runs flawlessly.

- Free initial consultation to determine the size, style and budget of your wedding and how we can best assist you in your wedding planning process.
- Create an overview of your general wedding plans and suggest styling ideas.
- Will recommend a list of ceremony and reception venues that best reflect your theme, budget,style and organise a meeting.
- After you decide on your venues we will then organise the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitation, music arrangements and all the little things that go together to make your day complete.
- Gathering quotes and negotiating prices that reflect your needs for the various elements of your wedding. Bleu Boutique will be the main point of contact for all your suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
- We develop a wedding day timeline outlining details of when suppliers are arriving and order of events.
- Budget management and updates and payment schedule and reminders.
- On-hand assistance on the day for ceremony and reception for 8 hours.
- We act as your personal assistant on your day to address any of your concerns and find solutions to challenges that may occur during the day and ensure the in runs flawlessly.
- Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts.
- Ensure that all the ceremony and reception venues are set up and decorated to the couple's expectations.
